Tuition can be divided into 2 payments:
v 1 st payments – ½ Tuition at Registration
v 2nd payments – Nov. 15th, 2011 requires signature for Auto-Debit
Tuition Details
The dance season runs from September 10th through June 10th.
All students must enroll for a full year of classes.
$35 (non-refundable) registration fee will be charged to each student.
10% off for each additional dancer within the family.
Payment Policy Tuition may be paid in its entirety when you register, or you may pay 1/2 if you give us a valid credit card number for our file that we will charge for the remaining tuition. The second payment will be charged on November 15th, 2011. If you have a need to make different payment arrangements, please speak to Sallie Burke. For any special arrangements, we must have a credit card on file that can be charged when payment is due. All payments received after will be charged a $20 late fee for each month that it is late.
Refund Policy When you register for dance classes, you are making a full year commitment (from Sept 10th through June 10) and are responsible for paying for the entire year unless you withdraw before October 1, 2011. Beyond October 1st, there will be no refund (except for injury) a credit will be issued and can be used for the following year. You must notify a person at the front desk in writing that you are withdrawing your child, if after one month no request has been made, no credit will be issued.

Policies
- New Students or additional classes will be prorated after third week of classes.
- Payment received after due date will be subject to a $20 late fee
- A $30 fee will be assessed against all returned checks.
- A costume payment ranging from $75 - $90 per class for the annual recital will be billed in January.
Dress Code
- Leotard and tights, any color, must be worn for all classes. Dance pants can be worn for jazz, hip-hop or tap classes ONLY. Proper shoes are required for each class.
- Students must come to class dressed appropriately. NO T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts or jeans are allowed. Hair must be worn up for all classes. No student will be allowed to take a class if not dressed properly.
Make Up Classes
- If you are going to be absent from class, please contact the studio in advance.
- All classes must be made up before the end of the session.
- NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR MISSED CLASSES
